Zoya Tickled Nail Art

Polish provided for review

I was reading a post in a nail group on Facebook about nail decals and if people liked them or not. Then someone posted about making their own watermarble decal and I knew I was going to try it!

I started like a regular watermarble dropping the polish in the water and creating the design. But instead of continuing on with taping my finger and dipping the nail in the design, I just let the polish dry on the top of the water. I used a toothpick to gently lift it off the water then dried it off with a towel. Here’s the video I posted on Instagram

How fun is this?! I used all the Tickled colors.

I painted all my nails with Kitridge first since it was the lightest color. Then I just cut little rectangles from the decal I made. I painted one nail with clear polish (not quick dry) and placed the decal on my nail. Don’t mess with it too much because it melts when it touches the clear and you can smear it. (Evidenced by the bloober on the tip of my ring finger nail.)

I used a small brush dipped in acetone to clean up the extra polish hanging over the nail.

This makes watermarbling sooooo easy! It’s not nearly as messy and I can easily get 4-5 nails decorated from one decal sheet.

If you try this, I’d love to see it!
